Director Quality Assurance - GMP (m/f/d)

• Maintain and develop the quality management system as HQA, including:
  • Creation, review, approval and management of QM documents
  • Processing, evaluation and tracking of deviations, changes and CAPA processes
  • Planning and monitoring of training measures
  • Planning and monitoring of qualification and validation activities
  • Planning and execution of service provider qualifications
• Preparation and management of customer and regulatory audits as well as inspections
• Advising the organization on quality-related issues
• Leading a team at two locations (Dortmund and Heilbronn)
• Preparation of quality reports (e.g. MMR) and report to management

• Successfully completed studies in pharmacy or natural sciences or relevant training with several years of professional experience in the regulated environment of the pharmaceutical industry
• Extensive knowledge and at least 5 years of professional experience in the area of quality management under GMP
• Training as auditor desirable
• High quality awareness, process orientation, accuracy, reliability, flexibility as well as goal-oriented action
• Focused, independent and thorough way of working with an eye for detail as well as for the overall process

• Willingness to travel, especially between the Dortmund and Heilbronn locations
• Confident in the use of computer-aided working methods and very good knowledge of German and English
