Job description

  • You will characterize biopharmaceutical molecules such as proteins, peptides, protein conjugates, and glycans using modern chromatographic and capillary electrophoretic methods.

  • You will apply your scientific expertise to a variety of client projects.

  • You will independently plan and carry out complex laboratory work, evaluate data, and prepare comprehensive reports for our clients.

  • You will perform GMP-compliant analyses, method development, validations, and qualifications, including complete documentation.

  • You will continuously expand our method portfolio and contribute to the standardization of analytical procedures.

  • You will lead client projects in your area of expertise and work closely with other teams

Job requirements

  • You have a successfully completed Master's degree or PhD in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, or a comparable field. A degree with a focus on separation methods or capillary electrophoresis is a plus.

  • Ideally, you have professional experience in the biopharmaceutical industry as well as in-depth knowledge of characterizing proteins, peptides, and other therapeutic molecules using HPLC methods or capillary electrophoresis.

  • You have comprehensive technical expertise and practical experience in the analysis of proteins, peptides, and protein conjugates using various analytical methods.

  • You are proficient in a wide range of methods, such as HPLC and UPLC (RP, IEX, AC, HIC, SEC), as well as capillary electrophoresis (cIEF, cGE).
