Job description
You will characterize biopharmaceutical molecules such as proteins, peptides, protein conjugates, and glycans using modern chromatographic and capillary electrophoretic methods.
You will apply your scientific expertise to a variety of client projects.
You will independently plan and carry out complex laboratory work, evaluate data, and prepare comprehensive reports for our clients.
You will perform GMP-compliant analyses, method development, validations, and qualifications, including complete documentation.
You will continuously expand our method portfolio and contribute to the standardization of analytical procedures.
You will lead client projects in your area of expertise and work closely with other teams
Job requirements
You have a successfully completed Master's degree or PhD in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, or a comparable field. A degree with a focus on separation methods or capillary electrophoresis is a plus.
Ideally, you have professional experience in the biopharmaceutical industry as well as in-depth knowledge of characterizing proteins, peptides, and other therapeutic molecules using HPLC methods or capillary electrophoresis.
You have comprehensive technical expertise and practical experience in the analysis of proteins, peptides, and protein conjugates using various analytical methods.
You are proficient in a wide range of methods, such as HPLC and UPLC (RP, IEX, AC, HIC, SEC), as well as capillary electrophoresis (cIEF, cGE).
