Job description
The position is initially a two-year fixed-term position.
Establishment, qualification, and validation of cell‑based assays (e.g. cytotoxicity, reporter gene assays, effector function) as well as ELISA assays (potency and impurity) in a GMP environment.
Project management including planning of projects and laboratory work as well as reporting to our international customers.
Review of raw data and reports.
Performance of laboratory work and evaluation of data for customer projects.
Validation and qualification of equipment and computerized systems, as well as GMP‑compliant maintenance of equipment including planning and execution of maintenance and functional tests.
Preparation and maintenance of method‑relevant GMP documents, such as SOPs, VPs, TPs.
Job requirements
Successfully completed vocational training with several years of professional experience or a successfully completed Master’s degree or a PhD in biochemistry, biology, biotechnology, or a related field.
If a PhD is held, postdoctoral research experience is an advantage.
You have excellent knowledge in the development and execution of cell‑based assays, ideally with initial experience in a GMP environment.
You are characterized by a careful and contamination‑free working style.
Experience with additional bioassays is advantageous.
You bring solid know‑how in the analytical sciences, including statistical evaluation of bioassays.
A high level of quality awareness, as well as customer‑ and goal‑oriented working style, distinguish you.
You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills along with a pronounced interest in and enthusiasm for complex analytical challenges.
